IRS Mortgage Tax Benefits Calculator

A native Vermonter, I grew up in Essex Junction and graduated from UVM with a
degree in Business Administration. I now live in Burlington with my wife Lori and
daughter Emma. I have been active in the mortgage industry for over a decade,
serving as Vice President of Mortgage Financial since 1993. I was named one of
the top 100 mortgage originators nationwide in 2005 by the National Mortgage
Review. I was also a founding member of the Vermont Mortgage Banker’s Association
and currently sit on its Board of Governors. I am a certified Mortgage
Professional (CMP) with the Vermont Mortgage Bankers Association and a Registered
Mortgage Advisor (RMA) with the International Association of Registered
Financial Consultants. Less than 1% of all mortgage officers nationwide have
received the training necessary for this designation. Most importantly, I am
dedicated to assisting my clients in developing the best mortgage plan that
meets their individual needs.
